Smudge Assorted

Our assorted smudge sticks are harvested by a Native American reservation cooperative. There are three types in the package.

White Sage: used for space clearing, protects from negative energy, supports healing, and rejuvenates the mind. 

Mountain Sage & Yerba Santa: dispel negative energy and infuse healing energy, strengthens the mind and rejuvenates in time of exhaustion.

• Directions: light the tip of the smudge and blow out the flame.
• Hold the smudge over a fireproof plate to catch the smoldering ash.
• After use, extinguish with water or sand.

• Please do not leave incense burning unattended!
